It’s the time of year when it starts getting colder and darker very quickly, and our motivation to be active might start to disappear! If you make a routine for yourself to either go for a daily walk, spend a certain amount of time at the gym, or plan to be outdoorsy on the weekends, it will be easier for you to keep active as it gets colder out. It’s very easy to shrug it off and spend another week using your free time to lie on the couch, but getting active and staying active will keep you healthy during cold season, happier during stressful exam season, and take away some of the gloom of the cold, dark winter approaching.
